Canadian Masters Sprint Canoe Kayak Championships (CanMas)

Competitors from the Masters age category will come from all over Canada to race in the 26th annual championships, this year, held at Welland, Ontario. With an anticipated participation of 350 athletes and nine lanes, CanMas 2011 will run a 500m racecard similar to the one used in 2009 (Sherbrooke). A Meet And Greet will be held on Saturday, August 27 and a dinner on the evening of Sunday, August 28 (costs for these events are separate).

Last year, five RCKC Masters attended in Regina, Saskatchewan and earned a fair number of Burgee points. To attend this year, and to help place B.C. on the map, contact the Masters Coach or the Program Coordinator.
