Pacific Cup Regatta

An end of season competition for Atom, Peewee, Bantam and Masters athletes from BC, Washington and Alberta.

Cost	Entry Fee Per Athlete: $20 Entry Fee For War Canoe: $5
Register	Please submit entries sorted by event, with every athlete's full name appearing in every event they are entered in. (Something copy-paste friendly) For athletes/crews racing duplicate entries for 500m & 200m races, it is acceptable to submit one list of entries for both, and only indicate the changes that have been made for the 200m events.
Race Events	200m/500m Atom K1/K2/K4* 200m/500m Peewee K1/K2/K4, C1/C2/C4 200m/500m Bantam K1/K2/K4, C1/C2/C4, Mixed WC 200m/500m Midget K1/K2/K4, C1/C2/C4, Mixed WC 200m/500m Masters K1/K2/K4, C1/C2/C4 Open Mixed War Canoe 2km, Peewee/Bantam/Midget, K1/C1 *Atom events will be determined based on entries. It is appreciated if all coaches could inform Sean Franklin as soon as possible about the number of Atoms in attendance so events can be planned accordingly. • Each Paddler may race a maximum of 8 races in a single discipline, and an additional two in another (ie. 8 kayak races and 2 canoe races). • War Canoe races do not count towards the race limit. • Mixed club crews do not count towards a paddlers race limit.

Parking	There will be overnight security on Friday and Saturday night. Please use the parking lot overlooking the lake and race course staging area as in the past. Boat trailers may park along the lakeside of the lot.
Billeting and Accommodations	Billeting: Billeting requests are to be made separately from regatta entries. Please submit requests no later than Wednesday, September 21. Dinner	Dinner Tickets: $15 Dinner will be held off site after the conclusion of Saturday’s events. Food is once again being prepared by Mostafa Said. Please send the number of dinner tickets with your entries. Location and further details TBA.
Coaches	Meeting: Friday, September 30, 2012 at 7pm. RCKC Boathouse.
