Jul 29-31, 2011	Junior World Championships	Brandenburg, Germany	International Canoe Federation's Junior World Championships, for members of Canada's Junior National Team.
Jul 30, 2011	Pacific Division Nationals Qualifier	Burnaby, BC	Individuals wishing to compete at national championships in Welland, Ontario in August 2011 must qualify in the top 4 positions in each of the Midget and Juvenile age classes for each discipline and distance.
Jul 31, 2011	Ridge Invitational	Maple Ridge, BC	RCKC tournament for everyone.
Aug 5-9, 2011	Western Canada Summer Games	Kamloops, BC	Canoe and kayak events of the 2011 Western Canada Summer Games.
Aug 13-14, 2011	BC Championships	Burnaby, BC	Individuals from Midget, Juvenile and Junior age classes will be competing. All sprint paddlers are encouraged to participate in this competitive opportunity. However, entries will begin with the Midget age class. Bantam and Novice athletes will compete in September!
Aug 24-27, 2011	National Championships	Welland, ON	The National Championships of Canoe Kayak Canada.
Aug 28, 2011	CanMas	Welland, ON	Competitors from the Masters age category come from all over Canada.
Sep 10-11, 2011	BC Bantam & Masters Championships	Nanaimo, BC	Bantam, Novice, and Masters athletes compete at Louden Park in Nanaimo.
Sep 10-11, 2011	Raymond James Penticton Dragon Boat Festival	Penticton, BC	A premier summer dragon boat festival that takes place annually in September in Penticton, BC, Canada.
Sep 17, 2011	CKBC Dragon Boat Race	Pitt Meadows, BC	A casual race for teams who are using CKBC dragon boats.
Sep 25, 2011	World Rivers Day	Harrison River, BC	An annual event celebrating our rivers. Boats of many disciplines travel along a selected river.
Oct 1-2, 2011	Pacific Cup	Maple Ridge, BC	An end of season competition for Atom, Peewee, Bantam and Masters athletes from BC, Washington and Alberta.

Jul 31, 2011	Rotary Duck Race	Alouette River at Maple Ridge Park	Adopt a rubber duckie to enter the race to cross the river. Prizes to be won. Presented by the Meadow Ridge Rotary Club. This event supports local youth sports. Contact the Commodore for volunteering duties in ticket sales.
Aug 28, 2011	Sport And Recreation Expo	Pitt Meadows, BC	Bringing the community of sports to you in a fun environment where you can interact with sporting groups from Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.
