Programs - Families

Each participant must have a RCKC Health form and a CKBC Insurance/Membership form completed by their legal guardian or parent if under 19 years old or by the participant 19 years and over. Participants should wear clothes suitable for water activities (no jeans or cotton) that dry quickly. A change of clothing is always a good idea for afterwards. If the weather is cool, fleece tops will make the activity more comfortable. Participants should use sunscreen and wear a hat.

Family Kayak / Canoe Paddling

Age: 6 Years and Up

Enjoy evening paddling with your family in recreational canoes and kayaks. The course fee includes all equipment and basic instruction for families of up to four related members. Whonnock Lake is a safe, enjoyable environment for paddling for families.
